WBINA Holiday Lights & Decorations Contest Winners

Covid-19 may be putting a damper on holiday gatherings, but not on the holiday lighting contest in Belle Isle. This year, in collaboration with Belle Isle West, we decided to judge each other’s lights. And these are the winners that our neighbors west of Villa picked:
