Congratulations to Heather and Tyler Whiteside, whose yard was selected as October Yard of the Month. They live at 2240 NW 56th Street. These first time homeowners have put a lot of sweat equity into both their house and yard. Those of you who have lived on 56th Street for awhile may recall this property was a rental for many years. As often the case, the yard was usually overgrown and otherwise neglected. Not any more! When asked what they like about living in Belle Isle, Heather and Tyler both said the trees, central location, winding streets and smaller family neighborhood. Congratulations again!
