Fall Is Here - Happy Halloween!
It’s a beautiful time of year in our neighborhood and many of our families have renewed energy and are spending more time outdoors. In addition to recognizing our “Yard of the Month” recipient for fall plantings and overall yard maintenance for October, we are going to add some Halloween family fun!
On MONDAY, OCTOBER 19th we will be announcing the winners of two Halloween contests:
HALLOWEEN YARD DECORATIONS
Get imaginative and get outside as a family and have some decorating fun! Hay bales, pumpkins, spooky characters….just get outside and get creative!
HALLOWEEN DRIVEWAY CHALKING
Get your chalking skills back out and create an upbeat Fall/Halloween message on your driveway for your neighbors to enjoy! Make it funny or serious, simple or elaborate – use your imagination to give us all a dose of encouragement.
JUDGING
The Halloween Yard Decorations and Driveway Chalking will be judged on Saturday and Sunday, October 17th-18th. Everyone is encouraged to go for a stroll and be inspired by some Belle Isle creativity!
**PRIZES**
We will be giving out a $50 gift certificate to each winner to Torchy’s Tacos! Feel free to snap some photos and send them to 405-514-3191 to make sure we don’t miss out on your family’s extra efforts!
